Refund Policy

1. Overview

StoreLit offers a Pro subscription (9€/month) and optional credit packs as pay-as-you-go. All payments are processed through Stripe. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and how to request them.

2. Unused Credits

You may request a full refund for unused credit packs within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • None of the credits from that purchase have been consumed.
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same account.
  • The purchase was not made using a promotional or discounted offer.

3. Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed (e.g., to run an ASO audit or generate AI captions) are non-refundable. Each credit corresponds to a service that is delivered instantly upon use.

4. Free Credits

Free credits granted upon account verification are not eligible for refund or cash conversion.

5. Pro Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel:

  • You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days in the period.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Any unused credits remain available.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in cases of:

  • Technical errors that prevented credit delivery.
  • Duplicate charges caused by payment processing issues.
  • Service outages that affected your ability to use purchased credits.
