1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoreLit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreLit provides App Store Optimization (ASO) tools including screenshot design, AI-powered caption generation, and ASO audits. The Service uses publicly available data from app stores and AI models to generate recommendations.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • StoreLit offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (9€/month) processed through Stripe.
  • Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Credit packs are available as a pay-as-you-go alternative. Credits do not expire.
  • Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • Prices are listed in EUR and may change with notice.

5. Free Tier

The free tier includes unlimited access to the Screenshot Studio editor, cloud save, store publishing, up to 3 exports per month, 1 free ASO audit, and up to 3 keyword monitors. New verified accounts receive one free analysis credit. StoreLit reserves the right to modify free tier offerings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits
  • Resell or redistribute analysis data without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

StoreLit uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes to your app store listings. StoreLit does not guarantee specific ranking improvements.

8. Data Accuracy

ASO data is scraped from public app store listings and may not be 100% accurate or real-time. StoreLit provides this data "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

StoreLit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
